Custom AI for acquisition

Every repetitive task in your client acquisition can be built once.

Sorting replies, following up, qualifying a visitor, preparing a meeting, re-entering a lead into the CRM. That’s hours of selling time gone every week. We build the AI or automation that absorbs it, in your environment, and we hand it over to you.

The reality

Where sales time evaporates

Replies pile up

Every campaign, every form, every LinkedIn message produces replies. Someone has to read them, sort them, decide. When nobody has the time, the good ones go through with the bad.

Visitors leave without talking to anyone

A prospect lands on your website at 10pm with a specific question. Nobody is there. They leave, and you will never know they came.

Signals go unnoticed

A decision-maker changes jobs, a company hires a salesperson, a tender is published. It is the right time to call. Nobody sees it in time.

What we build

Specific builds, one per problem

Each build answers a problem identified during scoping. It’s delivered on its own, documented, and it belongs to you. Examples of what we build:

Conversational agent on your website

It answers visitors’ questions, qualifies their need, and suggests a meeting when it is worth it. It is trained on your offer and on your visitors’ real questions, and it knows how to say when it does not know.

Incoming reply sorting

An agent reads every email or LinkedIn reply, classifies it (interested, to follow up, off target, do not contact again), and only escalates to a human what deserves a human.

Buying signal detection

New role, hiring, fundraising, tender: an automation monitors your target accounts and triggers the agreed action, a message or an alert, on the day the signal appears.

Lead routing and enrichment

A lead comes in, it is enriched, deduplicated, assigned to the right salesperson and pushed into your CRM with no double entry.

Meeting preparation

Before each call, an account summary, the history of exchanges and an opening angle, generated automatically in your calendar or your inbox.

AI presence monitoring

A build that regularly queries AI engines on the questions of your market and tells you whether you are cited. The extension of our AI visibility offer.

How it works

Three stages, a deliverable at each one

  1. Scoping

One session to understand the problem, its volume, the tools you already have. You leave with a one-page note: what the build will do, what it won’t do, what you need to provide, the timeline.
  2. Build

Delivered in a few weeks. The build runs in your tools (website, CRM, inbox, calendar), with its documentation and a real-world test with you.
  3. Handover

You own the build, its access and its code. No dependency on VEKTA. Support after handover is available if you want it.
What stays with you

You own it from delivery

Everything is built on your accounts and in your tools. The code, the prompts, the access and the documentation are handed over to you at delivery. If you decide to carry on without us, everything keeps running.

What we do not do

A deliberately closed scope

We build for client acquisition only. No full CRM, no back office, no accounting, no after-sales support, no “AI transformation of the company”. If your need falls outside this scope, we tell you during scoping and point you elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a build take?

Between two and six weeks after scoping, depending on how complex it is, how long the access takes to come through and how fast you sign things off. The timeline is written in the scoping note.

What do we need to provide?

Access to the tools involved (website, CRM, inbox), someone on your side who can sign things off, and real examples (replies received, leads, frequent questions) to train and test the build.

Who owns what is built?

You do, entirely, from delivery: code, prompts, configurations, access. VEKTA keeps no right of use and no access without your agreement.

Does it replace our salespeople?

No. The build absorbs the repetitive work so your salespeople spend their time on the conversations that matter. Every build has a point where it hands off to a human, defined with you.

How much does it cost?

We quote it after scoping, based on the scope and the tools to connect. There’s no generic price, because two builds with the same name never have the same scope.

Let’s scope your build

30 minutes to identify the task that costs you the most time and see whether a build solves it. You leave with a scoping note, whether the project goes ahead with us or not.
