What you keep

A machine that
can become yours.

We build a setup dedicated to your campaigns and we run it for as long as we work together. At the end of the engagement, or earlier by mutual agreement, we hand it over if you want to keep it.

A dedicated infrastructure

Domains and mailboxes created for you alone, never shared with other clients. They can be transferred into your name at the end of the engagement, or earlier by mutual agreement.

Your lists and your data

Contacts sourced and segmented around your market: it’s your data. You get it back at the end of the engagement, in a usable format.

Your sequences, documented

Copy, scenarios, follow-ups, deliverability settings: we document as we go, so there is nothing to piece together the day you take over.

What it means for you

Either we run your campaigns for you, or we build the machine and train your team to take it over. Either way, what we built can be transferred to you at the end of the engagement, or earlier by mutual agreement.

A handover, in practice

At VEKTA, a B2B outbound agency, an infrastructure handover happens at the end of the engagement, or earlier by mutual agreement, and always follows the same steps. The sending domains are transferred to your registrar and the associated mailboxes are handed over with their credentials. Contact lists are exported in a format any tool can read, with segments and the status of each contact.

Sequences are delivered with their documentation: copy, delays between messages, deliverability settings and observed results. If your team takes over execution, we train them on the tools and remain available after handover, as an option.

Two ways to start, both quoted individually
Mode A · We run it

We run it for you

One month of setup, then continuous execution. You get the qualified replies and take it from there to close.

  • Target definition and contact sourcing
  • Dedicated sending infrastructure and warm-up
  • Copywriting and multichannel sequences
  • Reply sorting and a review every two weeks
Mode B · Bring it in-house

We hand it over to you

We build the machine and train your team. Count on 2 to 3 months before they run it on their own.

  • Dedicated infrastructure, transferred into your name at handover
  • Training your sales team on the stack
  • Documentation and procedures delivered
  • Support after handover, optional

The tools
we work with.

These are our subscriptions, our accounts and our configurations. You have nothing to install on your side.

Lemlist

Our own B2B targeting dashboard, which we built in-house and use directly on your campaigns.

The chain is made of five categories of tools. Sourcing, to find the contacts that match the target. Enrichment and verification, to complete the records and make sure the addresses exist. The sending infrastructure, meaning the domains, the mailboxes and their warm-up. Sequencing, which sends the messages and follow-ups at the right time on email and LinkedIn. And targeting, with our in-house dashboard.

Why this combination rather than a single tool: no platform does the whole chain well. Each tool covers one step, and does it better than all-in-one suites. Keeping the steps separate also lets us replace one link without redoing the rest, and hand the whole thing over to a client without tying them to a single subscription.

We add enrichment and deliverability tools depending on your target. We go into the detail on the call.

Thirty minutes to see whether we can help.

We look at your target and what you already have in place. If it makes sense, we send you a quote after the call. If not, we’ll tell you straight.
